Abersychan congratulate their Mens Captain, Matthew Haynes, on winning the Mens Doubles at the Welsh Satellite Series Finals. Matthew, with his partner Gareth Day, defeated Chris Allan and Oliver Hartrey 21/13, 21/16 in the final.
Last weekend was a very productive and successful weekend for all 19 players involved in the Welsh Junior National Championships in Deeside. The squad produced 15 out of 25 titles with only 19 available titles to the Gwent junior players, 7 runners up medals, 4 plate winners and 2 plate runner ups.
